| 摘 要： | 本文按正交试验法合理地设计了9次条件实验,测量同一样品在各实验中的保留时间(t_R)和半峰宽(W_(1/2)),再将所测得的保留时间和半峰宽依次输入计算机得出相应实验条件下的分离度(R)和理论塔板数(N),并根据这两个不同指标的值分别进行计算,得出各因素的极差值,绘制指标与因素水平的关系图.从极差的大小可知各因素的显著性,根据关系图可选出最佳分析条件。

| Abstract: | This paper designed condition experiment by orthogonal tablesof 4-factors and 3-levels.Then chromatographic data of retention time andhalf peak width have been inputted eomputor.The computor computes resultindexes of resolution(R) and numbers of theoretical plate(N),and furthercomputes and analyzes respectivet the efieets of conditions on both indexes,and it constructs relation figure.Finally the authors find out optimizationconditions of separative operation. |
