传感器故障诊断方法研究

摘    要:传感器故障诊断是当今研究的热点领域。本文采用理论推导的方法详细介绍了基于模型的传感器故障诊断方法:卡尔曼滤波法、多重假设检验等方法;也介绍了不基于数学模型的传感器故障诊断方法:表决法、神经网络法等,并对模型法和神经网络两类故障诊断方法的优缺点进行了分析和对比;最后,还分析了现有故障诊断方法的发展趋势。

Abstract:Nowadays, fault diagnosis for sensors is a hot field under investigation. In this paper, not only the method of sensor diagnosis based on model but also the method based on uncertainty-model is introduced. The former contains kalman filter and multiple-hypothesis-based testing which are deduced particularly from theory. The sensor diagnosis method based on neural network is introduced carefully later. At the same time, their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed and compared. Finally, the trend of fault detection and diagnosis method is discussed.
