摘    要:本文通过理论分析和实验研究,提出了低速液压马达平面配流副的摩擦特性数学模型,研究了不同工况下的瞬时扭矩和油膜厚度变化规律,为提高低速平油盘的可靠性提供了依据。

Abstract:A mathematical model for frictional characteristics of plain flow distribution pair in low-speed and high-torque hydraulic motors obtained by means of theoretical analysis and experimental study is presented in this paper. The warying patterns of instantaneous torque and the thickness of oil-film under different operation regimes are investigated. The work pre-sented here provides a sound basis for improving the reliability of valve plate in low-speed motors.
