摘    要:研究了吸附树脂法精制栀子黄色素的工艺条件。以 X- 5树脂为吸附剂 ,色素乙醇水粗提液的吸光度值为 45 .8,吸附流速 1.5 m L / min,梯度洗脱法洗脱 ,洗脱流速 2 .5 m L / min,精制后的色素液 A2 3 8/ A44 0 从 2 .12降到 0 .5 9,精制色素得率 88.8 ,色价为 2 18.6 ,精制效果良好 ,树脂的使用周期长。精制色素在面食中应用时不发生绿变

Abstract:With absorption resin method technical conditions were investigated for refining of gardenia yellow pigment.The optimal parameters were determined as follows:X 5 resin as absorbent,abosrption flow 1.5 mL/min,elution flow 2.5 mL/min.Alcohol/water solution as sample with an absorbency of 45.8 and gradient elution as elution program.The resulted color value was 218.6,refinement yield 88.8 % and the resin life was extended to over 10 times.Meanwhile,the refined pigment did not green in the applied flour food.
