水稻三个酯酶同工酶基因的遗传

摘    要:用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和淀粉凝胶电泳对139个水稻品种进行酯酶同工酶的遗传分析表明,阳极具有酶带14条,阴极3条.阴极酶带2C和4C受Est_1两个共显性等位基因控制.杂种是阴极酶带3条表明阴极的酯酶可能是二(?)体.阳极酶带7A受Est_2基因上一个显性等位基因控制,12A,13A则受Est_3基因上两个共显性等位基因控制.Est_2和Est_3上的无效等位基因可能控制无效变异体(null variant).Est_1和Est_3、Est_2和Est_3之间未发现连锁关系.

Abstract:Genetic analysis of esterase isozyma in 139 varieties of rice (Oryza. Satival ) by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and starch, gel, electrophoresis shows a total of 14 anodic bands and 3 cathodal bands. The eathodal fbands 2C and 4C are controlled by a single locus Est1 with two codominant allels. The three-band herozygote suggests the esterase in cathod might be dimer. The anodic bands 7 Amight be specified by a dominant allel at Est2, and 12A, l3A,by two codominant alles. Null variants observed respectively suggest they might be specified by null allels at Est2 and Est3. No linkage is found betwwen Est1 and Est3, Est2 and Est3 loci.
