摘    要:建立了石灰石/石膏湿法烟气脱硫喷淋塔实验台,利用响应曲面法(RSM)对喷淋塔的脱硫效率进行了实验研究,得到喷淋塔脱硫效率的预测模型.计算结果表明,通过该预测模型可以很好地描述脱硫效率与浆液pH值、液气比(质量比)、烟气温度和烟气速度等重要操作参数之间的关系,R-Sq值达到0.964.因素分析表明,液气比对脱硫效率的影响最大,同时液气比和浆液pH值以及液气比和烟气速度的交互作用均对脱硫效率有重要的影响.利用得到的改进预测模型可以计算喷淋塔的脱硫效率.

Abstract:The limestone/gypsum wet flue gas desulphurization(FGD) was studied using response surface methodology(RSM),which enables effect examinations of parameters to be done with a moderate number of experiments.All experiments were conducted in a lab scale spray tower for limestone/gypsum wet FGD.The efficiency of desulphurization is well correlated with operating parameters,including slurry pH value,liquid/gas ratio,flue gas temperature and flue gas velocity,with a determination coefficient R-Sq of 0.964.Effect test indicates that liquid/gas ratio has the most significant influence on the efficiency of desulphurization.The interactions of liquid/gas ratio with slurry pH and flue gas velocity play important roles in desulphurization efficiency.The improved response surface model is helpful to describe the efficiency of desulphurization in the spray tower.
