| Abstract: | This paper expounds the necessity of researching the evaluation on foreign sci-tech periodicals,introduces the theoretical bases of periodical evaluation,and according to the theory of bibliometrics,designs a set of rational evaluation index system for foreign sci-tech periodicals in order to provide the reference for introducing the foreign sci-tech periodicals and carrying out rational allocation in domestic libraries. |
