| 摘 要： | 运用ＨＰＬＣ法对痹克颗粒中芍药甙的含量进行了测定，其方法简单、可靠，回收率达１００．８１％，精密度为０．８３％，重现性为３．８３％，其线性相关系数为０．９９９４。

| Abstract: | The content of Paeony Glucoside in Bike was determined by HPLC. The experiment indicated the method was simple and reliable. The mean recovery was found to be 100.81%, the accurate was 0.83%. The reappearance was 3.83% and the linearity correlation coefficient was 0.9994. |
