| 摘 要： | ＂体教结合＂培养高水平运动员有效地拓宽了我国竞技体育人才培养的渠道,对于整合体育资源、提高运动技术水平、丰富校园体育文化都具有重要的借鉴意义.但当前＂体教结合＂运动员培养模式面临着许多困难,包括：国家的制度支撑不够、后备人才流动机制不健全、高素质人才缺乏以及训练经费投入有限等.因此,进一步推进＂体教结合＂应当从准确定位培养目标、提供制度支撑、改革现行人才选拔模式以及提供充足的人员经费等方面入手.

| Abstract: | The way of ＂combination of sports and education＂ to foster athletes with high level has effectively increased the sports talents for competition and also it is significant to integrate sports sources,improve the level of sports and enrich campus sports culture.Currently it is faced with many challenges,namely,insufficient national policy support,unsound talent flow mechanism,lack of high-quality talents and limited training funds.Therefore,such countermeasures should be taken as definite training objective,national policy support,reform of current talent choice and sufficient funds to further promote the ＂combination of sports and education＂. |
