农村留守儿童学习状况的实证分析

作为农村富余劳动力非农化转移“附属品”的留守儿童教育问题近几年来逐渐受到各界关注。多方学者对此开展了研讨并取得了一些重要研究成果，但这些成果大多是推断和思辩性的，难免和实际相悖。在问卷和跟踪调查的基础上，采取分类、定量、个案研究等相结合的方法，分析了留守儿童的学习状况，并视之为留守儿童教育问题的“晴雨表”。结论为：父母打工对其留守子女的学习影响具有一币两面性，留守儿童并不都是“学习问题”学生。这对于克服对留守儿童的统计歧视具有重要的意义，并在此结论基础上提出了三点有益的建议。

The Authentic Proof Analysis of the Learning Condition of Rural Rear Children

The rear children's educational problem,which is regarded as the "accessory" of the rural surplus labour forces' non-agriculture shifting,has gradually been paid close attention to by various circles in recent years.The scholars of many circles have studied it and achieved some important positive results.But these achievements are hard to avoid being contrary to reality because they are just inferred and pondered.Based on the question-paper and following-track investigation,the paper adopts classification,quantitative analysis and authentic proof study combined together with analyzing the learning condition of rear children,which is looked as the weatherglass of the rear children's educational problem,and makes the conclusions that the parents' going to work in city has both positive and negative influence on their rear children's learning and that rear children are not all "learning-question" pupils.As far as getting rid of the statistical discrimination against rear children,the conclusions mentioned above have important significance.And we put forward three pieces of beneficial proposals based on the conclusions.
