铬系白口铸铁的磨损与断裂特性

摘    要:将铬系白口铸铁的共晶碳化物量保持在20%到25%,改变铬碳比,考察这些材料的磨料磨损性和断裂韧性.发现碳化物是抵抗磨损的重要参量,在碳化物对基体能够提供保护时,基体状态才起显著作用,从而影响材料整体的抗磨性;铬碳比的提高,有利于增加抗磨材料的服役寿命.

Abstract:This paper presents an investigation on the abrasive wear resistance and fracture toughness of a part of the chromium family of white cast irons.The alloys have been selected to contain between 20% and 25% cutectic carbide,and to vary the ratio of M_7C_3 to M_3C as the Cr/C ratio increases.It is found that the eutectic carbide is very important to the increase of abrasive wear resistance. The matrix helps to increase the wear resistance of alloys only when the car- bide can protect the matrix effectively.The increase of Cr/C also contributes to increase the wear resistance of the irons.
