掺La对PMN基陶瓷电致应变及其温度稳定性的影响

摘    要:采用NaCl-KCl熔盐法制备了掺镧的PMN基陶瓷并研究镧掺杂对PMN基陶瓷的相结构、介电性能、电致伸缩性能及其温度稳定性的影响.实验结果表明,随着镧含量的增加,陶瓷的钙钛矿相含量、介电常数、纵向电致应变逐渐减小,但陶瓷的介电性能和电致应变的温度稳定性却得到了改善.分析了掺镧改善其温度稳定性的原因,是由于掺镧增加了A位、B位成分不均匀性所致。

Abstract:The La-doped Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_3-based ceramics are prepared by Molten Salt Synthesis using mixtures of NaCl-KCl salt. The effects of La-doping on dielectric, electrostrictive properties and their temperature stability of PMN-based ceramics have been investigated. The results indicate that the content of perovskite phase and the properties of the dielectric and the electrostriction decrease, and meanwhile the dielectric and the electrostrictive temperature stability improved with Lanthanum content increasing. The reason of improving temperature stability is analyzed. It is due to that the La(-doped) causes the inuniformity for A and B composed site.
