大花杓兰根结构的扫描电镜研究

摘    要:用扫描电镜观察大花杓兰(Cypripedium macranthon SW)根的解剖结构。大花构兰根为丛生根,根纤细,横断面呈圆形,两层表皮细胞呈正五、六边形,表皮和皮层间无根被。皮层由四~五层较大细胞组成,细胞间有三角形胞间隙。中柱内木质部与韧皮部放射状交替排列,木质部脊有五个,为多原型。

Abstract:The root anatomical structure of Cypripedium macranthon SW was observed by the scanning electron microscopy, the roots are very thin, grow thickly and their transverse sections are circular in shape, two layers of epidermis cell being regular pentagon and hexagon in shape. There are no velamen between epidermis and cortex. The cortex consists of 4-5 layers of larger cells. There are triangular intercellular spaces among cells. Xylem and phloem are arranged radiately and alternatively in stele. Xylem is polyarch and has 5 cristea.
