三元混晶中的弱耦合磁极化子

摘    要:本文研究了三元混晶中弱耦合磁极化子的性质,导出了磁场中三元混晶光学声子与电子的互作用哈密顿量,计算了磁极化子回旋频率、回旋质量和自陷能与混晶组份及磁场的关系,在零磁场(B=0T)下,其结果与裸极化子的情况相同;在组分X=0和X=1时,结果与相应的二元晶体中磁极化子的情形相同.

Abstract:In this paper,some properties of a weak-coupling magnetopolaron in tenary mixed crystal are studied. The interaction Hamiltonian of an electron in magnetic field with two-mode optical phonon in tenary mixed crystal is derived by means of unitary transformation and two-order perturbation technique.The effect of cyclotron frequency,cyclotron mass and self-trapped energies of the magnetopolaron caused by the composi- tion of the mixed crystals are discussed.At zero magnetic field,the results are same as the bare polaron's; at the composition x=0 and x=1,the results are same as the magnetopolaron's in the relevant dual crys- tals.
