| 摘 要： | 本文发展了三元混晶板中电子-声子作用的量子理论,给出了该系统声子的本征频率以及电子-声子作用的哈密顿算符.这一理论建立在无序位移独立位移(REI)模型和连续模型的基础上.

| Abstract: | In this paper a quantum-mechanical theory of electron-phonon interaction in slab composed of termary mixod crystal has been developed.The eigenfrequencies and the Hamlltonian operator of the electron-phonon system in the ternary mixed crystal slab have been given.The random elements isodis- placement model and the continuum model are used. |
