| 摘 要： | 进一步讨论了如何定义一维序列复杂性的问题,计算了平方映象,Fibonacci序列和核酸序列的复杂性.结果表明,准周期的Fibonacci序列有相对最高的复杂性;平方映象中混沌轨道阈值及杂有周期性窗口的区域具有较高的复杂性;核酸序列由于强的随机噪声背景,一般复杂性较低,其中具有长程关联的序列复杂性较高.

| Abstract: | The complexities of Fibonacci sequence,Logistic map and nucleic acid sequences are calculated accord- ing to a definition given in 1].It is shown that the quasiperiodic Fibonacci sequence has maximal complexi- ty in these sequences. |
