| 摘 要： | 二辊斜轧穿孔时轧件除产生基本变形之外,还要产生附加变形。本文采用模拟方法,利用多项式回归分析,研究辊距和管坯直径两个工艺参数对附加变形的影响,得出了计算附加变形的回归公式。

| Abstract: | Besides the main deformations of a rolling-stock when two-roller skew-rolling, boring, its addtional deformnitions occur. This thesis describes the study of the effect of two process parameters. the distance between two rollers and the diameter of a tube stock, on the additional defer mations by means of an analogy of making use of multinomial regressive analysis, and draws out the regressive formula of calculating the additional deformations. |
