箱式电热炉温场分析与模拟

摘    要:文章利用热辐射原理,采用热平衡法对箱式电热炉炉内温场进行了分析与模拟,计算中将发热硅碳棒分解为无数微元发热面与烧结制品进行辐射换热,依据辐射强度定律,计算了硅碳棒对烧结品辐射的能量,同时,考虑了炉膛内壁对烧结制品的影响;通过对表面间辐射角系数的计算,进而得出炉膛内壁对烧结品辐射的能量;建立了烧结体接收能量的数学模型,并用计算机进行了模拟计算;结果表明,依据模拟结果来优化硅碳棒的分布,可使结构设计更加合理,进而可以获得分布均匀的炉内温场。

Abstract:This paper analyses and simulates the temperature distribution in the electric box furnace on the basis of the principle of thermal radiation by way of Thermal Heat Balance. The silicon carbide rods are decomposed into innumerable tiny faces, which exchange for the heat materials. The energy absorbed by the heated materials is calculated based on the radiation intensity law. Besides, the inside wall's impact on the heated materials is considered. Then, by calculating the radiation shape factors of the surfaces, the radiant energy between the inside walls and the heated materials is attainable. Thus, a numerical model is constructed to calculate the energy absorbed by the heated materials and simulated by the computer. The results show that the temperature of the furnace can be obtained by optimizing the arrangement of the silicon carbide rods according to the calculation results to make the structure design more reasonable.
