| 摘 要： | 对数字化语音减速播放涉及的若干技术问题进行了研究，为了保证语调不变，提出了一种插值算法，并对传统的基音检测算法进行改进，在不降低计算精度的前提下大幅度地缩减了计算量，实验结果表明，算法既保证了语音质量，又有良好的实时性。

| Abstract: | Studies on the problems involved in playing digitized voice at a reduced speed has been made.To keep tunes unchanged, an interpolation algorithm is presented. By making proper modifications to a traditional algorithm of pitch detecting, computation complexity is obviously shrinked but the accuracy is not affected.Experiments show that the algorithm not only maintains voice quality, but also has a good real time behavior. |
