| 摘 要： | 由于诸多原因,农民工的权益还没有得到很好的保障,使得农民工进城就业充满了不稳定性与风险性,由此也产生了许多问题。这和我国目前正在大力倡导的构建“社会主义和谐社会”是格格不入的。各级地方政府应该更新观念,与时俱进,切实保护农民工的基本权益,促进社会和谐。
