| 摘 要： | 学报效益包括社会效益和经济效益，而在传统办刊模式下，人们普遍关注的是学报的社会效益，而忽视了学报的经济效益，学报编辑队伍也呈不稳定态势。笔者就如何提高学报的两个效益，稳定学报编辑队伍作了一些浅薄的探讨

| Abstract: | The benefit of a journal includes social aspect and economic aspect. The former was taken seriously while the latter was neglected in the traditional way of journal-running, which made it difficult to keep editors' mind on their work. This paper makes suggestions of how to increase the two benefits so as to keep editors' mind on their work. |
