摘    要:为了准确地预测和评价非公路车辆的行驶平顺性,通过分析轮胎与地面的相互作用,建立了弹性轮胎-软地面接触模型及其与车辆的集成模型,采用Matlab语言编制出仿真分析软件,得到了变形地面作用于车辆的有效路谱及车身垂向加速度、悬架动挠度、轮胎动载等反映车辆行驶平顺性的评价指标.仿真结果表明,随着地面变形的变大,车辆的低频激励增大,车身的振幅也随之增大.在建立非公路车辆悬架的动力学模型时地面变形的影响不容忽视.

Abstract:An elastic tire-soft terrain interaction model integrated with the vehicle model is established based on the interaction forces analysis between tire and terrain.The simulation software was written by using the Matlab language.The effective road spectrum that deformable terrain acted on the vehicle system,as well as the evaluation indexes of ride comfort such as body acceleration,suspension dynamic flexible deformation and tire dynamic load were obtained.The simulation results show that as terrain deformation increases the amplitude of low frequency vibration of the vehicle increases greatly,and this influence cannot be neglected in the dynamic modeling of suspension system of off-road vehicle.
