摘    要:针对将复杂零件模型从Pro/E直接导入ANSYS进行有限元分析计算时所出现的问题,提出用Pro/E中的有限元模块MECHANICA进行有限元前处理,把生成的批处理作业命令文件导入ANSYS进行计算分析的方法.这种方法克服了复杂零件模型以IGES格式导入ANSYS时造成的诸如零件信息丢失、进行模型修补会降低分析精度的缺点.同时,以具体工程实例进行分析计算,计算结果表明应力应变值更接近于实际情况,说明本方法切实可行,从而为解决复杂零件的结构分析提供了新的途径.

Abstract:Aimed at the problem occurred to FEA computation when the models of complex components were directly inputted from Pro/E into ANSYS,it was proposed that a finite element pre-processing was to be conducted first by using the finite element module MECHANICA in Pro/E and then the generated command file of botch job processing was to be led to ANSYS to perform computation and analysis.In doing so,the defects such as component information losing and decrease of analysis precision caused by model remedy,which were generated when the model of complex components was led to ANSYS in the form of IGES format,were eliminated.Meantime,a typical engineering example was taken to perform the analysis and computation,and the result showed that the stress and strain were well closer to those actually measured,illustrating the feasibility of this method and thus providing a new way for structural analysis of complex components.
