| Abstract: | In this paper, the possibility and the reliability of high strength concrete proportioned on the basis of six ingredients of local materials, and W/B, S/A and Sa are discussed to find out their laws which affect the strength on high strength concrete, we propose the idea of S/A which influences on the concrete. |
