镉—碘化物—罗丹明B显色体系研究

摘    要:研究了在聚乙烯醇一明胶共存情况下 ,罗丹明B和CdI2-4 的高灵敏显色反应 ,并建立了新的光度法.该缔合物的最大吸收波长在585nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为1.1×106 L mol-1cm-1.用本法测定了自来水和江水中镉的含量.回收试验的相对标准偏差为2.18 %和2.04 % ,回收率97.6 %~103.2 %.

Abstract:This paper desribed a new sensitive colour reaction of cadmine(Ⅱ).In which the maximun absorption ofiorassocvation comples is at 585 nm and apparent molar absorptivity is 1.1×106 Lmol-1 cm-1. Beers low is obeyed for cadmium of 0.1 to 0.6 μg/10 mL. Cadimium content is determined of ranning water and river water. The recovery rate is 97.6% to 103.2% respetively for six determination.
