| 摘 要： | 城市网格化管理依托数字城市技术,创建了数字化网格化城市管理新模式。针对城市管理中存在的种种问题,以万米单元格网作为基本管理单元,运用计算机、网络、地理信息系统和无线通信等技术集成,创立万米单元格网城市管理的新模式,设计了城市网格化管理系统平台的基本框架,并对城市网格化管理系统的关键技术作了论述,为实现城市的高效和全方位管理进行了有益的探索研究。

| Abstract: | A city grid managements is based on digital city technology. To many questions of managing city, the paper originates a new mode of ten thousand meters cell grid city management, applying computer, network, GIS and radio communication technology integration in virtue of ten thousand meters grid as essential management cell. The paper researches on design of city-grid management system platform structure. It also discusses key technology of city-grid management system. These studies are beneficial to carry out high efficiency and full city management. |
