图书馆文献招标采购评标指标研究

分析了图书馆文献招标采购中存在的问题,提出了建立文献招标采购评标指标库的设想,把中文图书招标采购的评价指标分为资格指标、竞争指标、参考指标三大类,并对所有指标进行了分析研究,为图书馆图书招标采购提供了比较科学的、可操作的评标办法。

Study on the Bid Evaluation Indexes in the Bid Procurement of Library's Literatures

This paper analyzes some problems existing in the bid procurement of library＇ s literatures, puts forward the assumption of establishing the bid evaluation index tlatabase for the bid procurement of library＇ s literatures, divides the bid evaluation indexes of the procurement of Chinese books into three kinds of the qualification indexes, competition indexes and reference indexes, and makes analysis and research on all indexes, which provides more scientific and operable bid evaluation method for the bid procurement of the books of the library.
