数字式自动控温热水器的设计

摘    要:介绍了数字式自动控温热水器的设计思想。从传统热水器工作时的热平衡方程入手,依次建立起数学上的控制理论模型。设计出系统结构图,重点描述了从数字输入到自动控温的全部原理及过程,并且通过对其工作性能的评价及指标参数的给出,涉及到了对响应时间tf,系统的精度等。并着重对其稳定性进行了讨论,指出在制造加工时,一定要控制好实际调节比k及采样频率fs的范围。最后强调了它的应用前景与商业价值。

Abstract:The design of digital automatic temperature control water-heater is introduced. From the heat equilibrium equation of the working principle in common water-heater, the model of control system in mathmatics is founded, the diagram of structure is designed, and the working process and principle including the digital input and automatic temperature control are described detailedly. In addition, by the giving of work function and parameter, such as reaction time(tf), the system precision, the detailed problems in the production of this device are involved. And the stability of the system is discussed detailedly, pointing that the practical adjust proportion(k) and the collecti9on frequency (fs) should be controlled properly in production. In the end, the prospect of utilization and the commercial value of this device is stressed.
