金融隐私权法律制度构建的探讨

金融隐私权是在传统隐私权的基础上发展而来的一项新型隐私权．它突破了传统隐私权不具有财产性的内容，使得金融隐私权在商业化爆炸的今天极易受到侵犯．文章分析了金融隐私权的特点和金融隐私权保护的必要性，针对我国目前仍无明确统一的金融隐私权保护规范，从六个方面提出了我国金融隐私权法律制度构建的几点设想．
