主蒸汽隔离阀管系振动与噪声分析

摘    要:采用有限元法模拟主蒸汽隔离阀内三维湍流非定常激振特性以及管道结构模态和阀腔声学模态,基于时均化流场计算和大涡模拟2种途径,寻找阀门缩颈产生湍流涡的原因,给出了阀门管系可能出现振动与噪声的频率范围,并与其实验结果对比来验证模拟结果的有效性.结果表明,湍流涡形成噪声源的主要频率与阀腔某阶固有声学频率接近,从而产生了声腔共振,并导致显著的阀门振动与噪声.通过多点布置和加速度传感器,现场测得阀门运行工况下的高频谐振成倍增长,且与声腔共鸣频率吻合.
