摘    要:设计制作了3跨单箱单室变截面波纹钢腹板连续刚构桥试验模型,结合试验和有限元数值模拟,对变截面波纹钢腹板连续刚构桥的"拟平截面假定"进行研究.结果表明:当波纹钢腹板箱梁受弯矩作用时,波纹腹板的轴向抗力可以忽略不计,弯矩基本都由顶底板共同承担;试验梁中跨3/8、1/4截面沿梁高度纵向应变分布趋势与中跨1/2截面基本一致;中跨支座截面沿梁高度纵向应变方向与中跨1/2、3/8、1/4截面相反,且顶底板应变基本相同;中跨1/2截面和中跨支座截面应变分布满足"拟平截面假定",中跨3/8、1/4截面不符合该假定,但从中跨1/4截面到1/2截面的应变分布趋于吻合该假定.

Abstract:A three-span single cell box variable cross-section continuous rigid frame bridge model with corrugated steel webs is designed and constructed.Combining the experiments with finite element numerical simulation,the Quasi plane assumption of variable cross-section continuous rigid frame bridge with corrugated steel webs is studied.The results show that the axial stiffness of corrugated steel webs is negligible and only the upper and lower concrete flanges are effectively considered to resist the axial forces and bending moments;the longitudinal strain distributions along the depth of 3/8 and 1/4 midspan sections are similar to that of 1/2 mid-span section;the longitudinal strain direction along the depth of inner bearing section is contrary to that of 1/2,3/8 and 1/4 mid-span sections,and the strain value of the roof and floor are basically same;the strain distributions of 1/2 mid-span section and inner bearing section obey the Quasi plane assumption,while that of 3/8 and 1/4 mid-span sections do not accord with the Quasi plane assumption;the strain distribution of the part between the 1/4 mid-span section and 1/2 mid-span section tends to obey the assumption.
