摘    要:为提高级联型高压变频调速系统的可靠性和鲁棒性,提出了一种用于级联型高压变频系统的无速度传感器矢量控制策略.该策略重点针对磁通观测模型、转速辨识方法及PWM死区补偿方法进行了优化;改进了磁通观测中的电压模型,采用基于转子磁通角度的模型参考自适应(MRAS)转速辨识方法,对PWM进行了死区补偿,进而提高了系统低速性能和控制精度.在Matlab/Simulink平台搭建了仿真模型.设计构建了大功率实验平台,实验结果与仿真结果相符,表明系统具有良好的转速辨识精度和调速性能,加入死区补偿可以减小低速区的转速波动,提高了低速区的转速辨识精度,验证了所提出控制策略的正确性.

Abstract:To improve the reliability and robustness of high-voltage inverter system,a speed sensor-less vector control strategy for the cascade-type high voltage inverter system is proposed.Flux observation model,speed identification method and PWM pulses dead time compensation method are intensively optimized in the strategy.Voltage model in the flux observation is improved,MRAS speed identification method based on rotor flux linkage angle is used and dead time of PWM pulses is compensated.As a result,the system performance at low speed and control precision are enhanced.A simulation model in Matlab/Simulink platform is set up.The effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is demonstrated by the simulation results.High-power experimental platform is designed and built.The experiment results further verifies the correctness of the simulation results,proving that the strategy has a good speed identification precision and speed regulating performance.Dead time compensation can reduce the speed fluctuation and improve the speed identification accuracy in the low-speed area.
