The effective way of production control for anode charcoal block

The control and management in the anode production process are illustrated from the petroleum coke dosing,petroleum coke calcination,asphalt melting,ingredient and figuration,and calcination process control.The key factors to improve the anode charcoal block's quality are:strict content control of Na and Ca after the calcination,proper enhancement of the calcination temperature,proper increase of remanent anode,quality asphalt and ball powder,and proper enbancement of the dry mixing temperature.
