| 摘 要： | 投掷运动的最后用力阶段,产生左倒现象的原因是由于右髋向前转送不到位,使髋横轴与投掷方向成垂直的位置,造成体前拉右侧转动的肌群收缩时向左产生一个分力。体后对抗肌群放松到一定的程度,向左产生一个回缩分力。加上右腿侧蹬送髋向左产生一个分力。以上三个分力的合力作用,促使身体左倒。

| Abstract: | The right hip didn't rotate to the desired position in which the cross axis of hip was vertical to the delivery direction, and as a result the front body muscle group constricted, which was to draw the right side and make it rotate, so there emerged a leftward component of force. The antagoist group of the back body relaxed to such an extent that it produced a leftward constricting component of force. In addition, the right leg stepped rightwards and thrusted the right hip, so it also produced a leftward component of force. The resultant of the three forces stated above thus led to the overturning of the body to the left side |
