粘贴式压电陶瓷作动器主动控制研究

摘    要:该文对粘贴式压电陶瓷作动器进行了建模,导出了考虑胶层影响的压电陶瓷晶体片与被粘贴结构的力、电关系式。使用粘贴式压电陶瓷作动器,对一段细长梁中的行波传播的主动控制方法进行了理论分析。为了验证压电陶瓷作动器的控制性能,进行了相应的主动控制试验,试验结果表明在104~305Hz频段上达到了平均减小50%的扰动行波幅值的控制效果。

Active Control with Affixed Piezoceramic Actuator

Abstract:Modeling on affixed piezoceramic actuator is put up; force-volt relationship between piezocerarmc slice and structure is deduced out on account of affection of glue layer deformation. Theoretic active control method of traveling waves propagating is investigated analytically for a long thin beam using an affixed piezocerarnic actuator. Corresponding experimental active control tests were performed to study the control performance of this piezoceramic actuator. Test results show that an average of 50% reduction in the amplitude of disturbance traveling wave is achieved over the 104 - 305 Hz frequency bend.
