| 摘 要： | 面对加入WTO后我国更加开放的新形势，国际贸易人才的概念和要求都发生了很大的变化。章提出了在国际贸易人才的培养目标和培养方式上的一些新理念，并针对新形势下国贸人才培养方案进行了设计。
