| 摘 要： | 本文以生产率和生产效率两个概念的差异比较为切入点,在提出我国企业生产系统效率管理存在问题的基础上,构建了基于平衡计分卡思想的企业生产系统效率的评价指标体系,探讨了企业生产系统效率的管理模型及其运行机制。
