摘    要:亲水有机溶剂液-液萃取分离是一种绿色高效分离新体系,由于兼有工艺简单、快速高效、环境友好等特点,受到研究人员的重视.目前该技术已应用于重金属离子的萃取分离和纯化生物活性物质.重点阐述了该技术的研究现状、基本原理、影响因素和应用进展,对其前景进行了展望.

Abstract:Liquid-liquid extraction of hydrophile organic solvent (LLEHOS) is a new,green,high-efficiency separation technique,which has been applied in the field of extraction of heavy metal ions and purification of biologic active substances.This method has been widely studied because of its characteristics of combination of simple technics,quick speed,high efficiency and amity for environment.In this paper,the recent academic studies of LLEHOS,as well as its applications,influential factors and evolvement,are reviewed.In addition,the future of this method is mentioned and commented.
