| 摘 要： | 本文综述了利用蛋白质工程方法,实现不同血红素蛋白之间结构及功能的相互转换,包括氧载体与电子传递蛋白间的相互转换、氧载体与生物催化剂间的相互转换、电子传递蛋白与生物催化剂间的相互转换,以及不同类型血红素蛋白之间的相互转换。这些成功的研究成果,丰富了我们对金属蛋白结构-性质-反应-功能之间精妙关系的深入认识。

| Abstract: | This review covers the structural and functional conversion between hemoproteins by means of protein engineering,which includes the conversion between oxygen carrier and electron transfer,oxygen carrier and biological catalysis,electron transfer and biological catalysis,and the conversion between the different type of heme groups.All these successful studies provide us important information for understanding the delicate structure-property-reactivity-function relationship of metalloproteins. |
