提高高校统计工作成效的思考与措施

随着高校体制改革的不断深化，与高等教育事业的发展比较，高等教育统计工作的发展相对滞后。为使高校统计工作更加适应新时代的要求，更充分地发挥其作用，应从主动综合资料、集中定期收集资料、实现开放的信息共享、重视专职统计人才培养、加强教育统计管理等方面着手，切实提高高校统计工作的成效。

With the rapid development of college system reform,Compared with development of the ethnic higher education,we can see clearly that statistical work of higher education lags behind.It is necessary to try on the follow headings to make the higher education meet the demands of the new era: being somewhat closed to the outside world,transforming our passivity into initiative,becoming the profession,enhancing the management in the statistical work.
