摘    要:企业转轨变型后,在激烈的竞争市场中,怎样才能立于不败之地?这是企业面临的严肃问题。本文阐述企业统计工作的改革问题,指出:销售是企业的龙头,必须从抓基础工作入手,在营销系统中,对外以市场调查、市场细分为主要目标,搜集、整理分析各种资料,掌握竞争对手的信息;对内以资金利润率为总目标,层层分解落实,建立起营销系统的统计指标体系,以求最佳经济效益。这就是在新形势下,统计工作要积极开拓服务领域,提高对于经营系统的反映和监督作用。

Abstract:How can a firm keep strong position in ferocious oompetive market? This is a serious problem facing every firm after changing from production-orientation to market-orientation. Distribution is a cock tap of a firm. We must start from the fundamental job. In the marketing system, we should focus on marketing research, colleeting and analysing verious informations. On the other hand, we should take the ratio of investment-profit as a main target, disintegnate the total objective into subobjective, establish a index system for marketing statistics in order to achieve optimal economic effect. That is, with the development of economic situation statistical work should be enhenced so that it can improve and control the marketing efficiently.
