板栗叶片过氧化物酶活性与植株大小及新梢生长量关系的探讨

摘    要:板栗不同品种叶片的过氧化物酶活性存在着差异,矮化型品种的过氧化物酶活性明显高于一般品种。所测品种叶片的过氧化物酶活性均与冠径、树高、干周、新梢长度呈负相关。因此,可以把叶片过氧化物酶活性作为矮化型板栗品种早期预选的生化指标之一。

Abstract:There are different peroxidase aotivities in leaves of varicts Chinese estnu varieties. Peroxidase activity of dwarf-type variety is obviously higher than general variety, Feroxidase activity in leaves of examined variety had negative correlation with the following characters such as crown diameter, tree height, trunk diameter and length of branch. Therefore, peroxidase activity in leaves can be a biochmistry index in celecting dwarf-type variety of Chinese chestnut.
