| 摘 要： | 利用（ＮＨ４）２ＳＯ４分级沉淀，透析后经ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ－１００柱层析和ＤＥＡＥ－３２柱层析从大蒜鳞茎中分离并纯了ＳＯＤ，最大比活为９６ｕ／ｍｇ蛋白，最高纯化倍数为４８。

| Abstract: | By means of (NH 4) 2SO 4 grade_sedimentation, sephadex G_100 column chromatography and DEAE_cellulose column chromatography, SOD (superoxide dismutase) is purified from garlic stem. The results showed that purified SOD has a larger specific activity and purification folds. |
