大蒜鳞茎SOD的分离纯化

摘    要:利用(NH4)2SO4分级沉淀,透析后经SephadexG-100柱层析和DEAE-32柱层析从大蒜鳞茎中分离并纯了SOD,最大比活为96u/mg蛋白,最高纯化倍数为48。

Abstract:By means of (NH 4) 2SO 4 grade_sedimentation, sephadex G_100 column chromatography and DEAE_cellulose column chromatography, SOD (superoxide dismutase) is purified from garlic stem. The results showed that purified SOD has a larger specific activity and purification folds.
