| 摘 要： | 自1997年东南亚金融危机以来,银行自身的治理问题逐渐得到了更多关注。本文分析了国外商业银行两种治理模式的特点,在分析的基础上借鉴其先进经验,并针对我国的具体情况,提出了适合我国国情的商业银行公司治理机制。

| Abstract: | The bank guidance has been paid more attention since Southeast Asian financial crisis in 1997.The author compares the characteristics of the two kinds of modes in commercial banks home and abroad,and proposes the governance mechanism of the banks suitable to our country's situation by analysis. |
