| 摘 要： | 对县(区)级公共图书馆如何合理使用有限的购书经费进行了阐述,指出县(区)级公共图书馆的文献采访人员应从本地区、本单位的实际出发,采取切实可行的措施,合理使用有限的购书经费,使其最大限度地发挥应有的社会效益。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds how the county(district)-level public libraries to make rational use of the limited book-purchasing funds,and points out that the literature-purchasing personnel of he county(district)-level public libraries should start from the reality of the local area and his own unit,adopt the practicable measures for making rational use of the limited book-purchasing funds and giving full play to the due social benefit of these funds. |
