线切割粗精复合加工智能化脉冲电源的设计

摘    要:提出了线切割粗精复合加工的概念,研制成功了线切割粗精复合加工智能化高频脉冲电源.该电源中设有工艺参数数据库,具有自选加工规准的功能.解决高速走丝线切割加工中高的切割速度与低的加工表面粗糙度不能同时兼顾的矛盾.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem existing in WEDM-HS that it can' tcut with high speed and high surface smooth finish, a new concept of rough - finishcomposite WEDM has been advavced and a rough - firsh composite intelligent digitalhigh frequency pulse power has been developed successfully for the first time in this paper. A data-base of technical parameters has been set in the intelligent pulse power,therefore, it can choose machining parameters automatically according to machining conditions.
