| 摘 要： | 科技的发展给高校外语音像资料的整理开发和有效利用提供了必要的条件,外语音像资料的数字化和网络化可以改变人们对外语资料的认识,可以有效地配合英语教师和学生的教学与学习.结合应用实践,从外语音像资料的数字化转换、修复,音视频点播系统的构建几个方面阐述了传统外语音像资料的数字化和网络化建设过程.
