| 摘 要： | "无为而治"是老子提出的关于社会管理的重要命题。从科学的管理机制上看,该命题与现代的自组织管理模式具有通约性,从自组织理论分析老子的"无为而治"思想,可以为理解老子的管理思想提供一个新的视角。

| Abstract: | Governing by non-interference was an important proposition of social management raised by Lao Zi.From the perspective of scientific management mechanism,this proposition is commensurable with modern self-organization management mode.The analysis of Lao Zi's idea of governing by non-interference based on self-organization theory may provide a new visual angle for understanding Lao Zi's management ideas. |
