教育叙事:提升师范生实习质量的新路径

教育叙事具有多元化的功能与价值,是师范生在见习与实习期认识自我、培养职前教学教育意识和提高实习效果的一种有效途径。师范实习生在见习实习过程中把自己的教育实践生活作为叙事对象,通过教育叙事,对自己的教育实践不断反思,接受指导教师引导,检验书本知识与实践知识的差异,修正教育观念及行为,以期完成职前教育。
