摘    要:教育叙事具有多元化的功能与价值,是师范生在见习与实习期认识自我、培养职前教学教育意识和提高实习效果的一种有效途径。师范实习生在见习实习过程中把自己的教育实践生活作为叙事对象,通过教育叙事,对自己的教育实践不断反思,接受指导教师引导,检验书本知识与实践知识的差异,修正教育观念及行为,以期完成职前教育。

Abstract:Narrative in Education has the multiplex function and value. It is a effective measure for students in normal universities to know themselves and cultivate preservice teaching education consciousness, and to improve practice effect during practice period. In the process of practice, internship in normal universities takes the own education practice life as narrative object. They reflect unceasingly on own education practice by narrative in education and accept practice teacher' s guidance, and examine difference between book knowledge and practice knowledge, and revise education idea and behavior for completing preservice education.
