| Abstract: | Recent years the venture capital cause in our country has got preliminary development,however it still is in an experiment stage and faces various difficulties and problems. The purpose of developing venture capital is to promote the transformation and further to realize the industrialization of sci-tech achievements.This paper analyses the market requirements,policy factors,system environment,maturity grade and the others of developing sci-tech venture capital in our country,and puts forward some suggestions in connection with these problems. |
